Experienced in developing and executing CRM strategies, boosting customer engagement, and enhancing loyalty schemes. Proficient in automation, data analytics, and cross-channel marketing, I combine creative thinking with data-driven insights to deliver meaningful results. Passionate about creating strong customer loyalty, driving retention, and optimising user experiences to support business growth.
